In April of 2024, StreetSide introduced the charming continuation of Flora housed in Sage Creek known as Flora West. Projects Sold-Out in 2024

2024 was an eventful year for StreetSide, with several projects achieving a sell-out status. The following projects’ final units now have proud homeowners:

Oak and Ash: A 23 suite community that provided the best of both worlds – country living right on the edge of the city.

Flora: A community comprised of 24 suites that was so successful it would inspire two descendants; Flora North and Flora West.

Flora North: Speaking of, Flora North offered 60 units of multi-level living in Sage Creek with a family-oriented atmosphere.

The Rise: The Rise dipped its toes into the young neighbourhood of Bridgwater, where it quickly became notable as the highest peak in the community with a staggering 204 suites.

Vue Tache: Boasting 87 units, Vue Tache can be found in the vibrant St. Boniface area, linking the homeowners to a bustling community and providing them with river-facing views.

Couture South: 14 of StreetSide’s modern, two-storey, 3-bedroom townhomes nestled in Ridgewood West were designed for effortless living.
