The 1-2-5-10 Warranty is a comprehensive third-party warranty that covers various deficiencies that could arise based on how long it has been since the home was built, or in some cases since when you have taken possession.

Don’t forget the StreetSide warranty! In addition to everything you’ve already read above, purchasing a StreetSide home will provide an extended warranty for the first year after you take possession. The StreetSide extended warranty provides coverage for defects in workmanships and materials, and with the help of our partners at ServiceQ, we repair or replace any affected workmanship or materials provided by us. You’ll also receive a pre-occupancy walkthrough with the team, where any deficiencies or incomplete items will be promptly resolved.
