Sienna Condominiums – 1555 Lee Boulevard
Sienna was released in June of this year, becoming Bison Run’s first midrise condo community. With a wide range of 2- & 3- bedroom floor plans, Sienna was designed to fit multiple lifestyles. Sagewood Estates Phase II – Grey Heron Drive
Continuing the success of the now sold-out Phase I, Phase II of Sagewood Estates changes the game once again. Flora West: 15 units nestled in the heart of Sage Creek offering convenient access to the Village Centre.
Grey Heron Rise: Just down the road from Flora West, Grey Heron Rise was 12 units of luxury attached townhomes with walkout basements.
Sage Village: With 73 units, Sage Village was our largest project that sold out this year.

Ciel Condominiums in St. Boniface
