A referral from one of our homeowners is one of the greatest compliments we can receive. Our Homeowner Referral Program is our way of saying thank you for recommending StreetSide Winnipeg to someone searching for a new condominium or townhome. Plus wouldn’t it be great to have your friend or family member living in the same community as you?

When your referral purchases and takes possession of a qualifying StreetSide home, you’ll receive $1000 as our thank-you! Your friend will also receive a $1000 design credit for purchasing, to go towards their new home.

How it works

1. Submit Your Referral

Complete the referral form below before your friend or family member contacts or visits StreetSide Winnipeg.

Please provide their contact information so our team knows that you introduced them to StreetSide.

2. We’ll Connect

A member of our sales team will connect with your referral to learn more about their home search and introduce them to available StreetSide communities, floor plans and purchasing opportunities throughout Winnipeg.

3. Get Rewarded

When your referral completes the purchase of an eligible StreetSide home and takes possession, you’ll receive a $1000 cheque, and your friend will receive a $1000 design credit towards their new home.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

• Referrals must be submitted through the official StreetSide Winnipeg Referral Form.
• The referring individual must be a current or previous StreetSide Winnipeg homeowner.
• Referrals must be registered before the referred buyer first contacts, registers with or visits StreetSide Winnipeg. Referrals cannot be submitted retroactively.
• Referral rewards are issued after the referred buyer completes the purchase of an eligible StreetSide home and takes possession.
