Here’s Shannon’s story in her own words:

May marked my 10-year anniversary with StreetSide Developments and I can say with 100% certainty there is not a better company to work for. From conception to execution, I’ve had the opportunity to experience the variety of residential and multi-family construction projects StreetSide has to offer, from our trendy warehouse conversions in the Exchange District to the stylish wood-frame townhomes and apartment styles condos across the city, and finally our newest concrete and steel luxury project, Vue Taché.

Like many of our owners at Vue Taché Condominiums, Neil and I are empty nesters/downsizers looking for an active lifestyle with easy access to everything downtown Winnipeg has to offer. Beautiful river trails, café’s, restaurants, baseball games, and the Forks are all within a 15-minute stroll.  There’s always something to do or see, and no excuses about parking or traffic. Location was also important for us as Neil is a mobile Mortgage Specialist with RBC. He is always on-the-go meeting clients at their homes or preferred local branch.

When home, we are forever in awe of watching the sun rise through our expansive wall to wall windows.  Our 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit has an enviable layout, 10-foot ceilings and large balcony. Purchasing pre-construction allowed us to customize the condo to our taste. We enjoy our unique floor-to-ceiling feature wall with fireplace and floating wood shelves, maple kitchen cabinets, a massive island with waterfall quartz counters, and the ensuite bath with a custom vanity. We love the underground heated parking, the classy owner’s lounge with outdoor terrace, and gym. It was a treat to watch this building go up while COVID was turning the world upside down. This is home and it was well worth the wait.
