Another year is coming to an end, and what a year it was! From meeting a strong housing demand, contending with supply chain & labour shortages, to planning a record number of new and exciting projects that are set to launch in 2023, it's been a busy and eventful year for every member of our team. We are extremely thankful for the patience and trust exhibited by all homeowners in 2022 and as we approach the end of the year, it’s nice to look back at some of the highlights!

2022 – StreetSide’s Year in Review!

From meeting a strong housing demand, contending with supply chain & labour shortages, to planning a record number of new and exciting projects that are set to launch in 2023, it’s been a busy and eventful year for every member of our team. We are extremely thankful for the patience and trust exhibited by all homeowners in 2022 and as we approach the end of the year, it’s nice to look back at some of the highlights!
SOLD OUT IN 2022
Flora Townhomes in Sage Creek saw its final suites sold in early 2022. These popular 2-storey townhomes located on Grey Heron Drive offer a detached double garage, backyard and the option to finish the basement. While this phase of the townhomes is sold out, we are planning to include another phase in the future. For anyone interested in viewing this plan, our ‘Presentation Centre’ is open for touring at 140 Grey Heron Drive. Contact our team to book your appointment here.
Hudson Condominiums in Devonshire Village saw its last apartment-style condominium sold in April 2022. This building boasts 96 condominium units, underground parking and shared amenity spaces such as a fitness facility and owner’s lounge. Together with Hudson Townhomes & Hudson North Townhomes, this community is now complete.
The Charles Condominiums located in Charleswood on Dale Boulevard sold its final ‘Phase 2’ suite in September 2022. The community offers a low maintenance lifestyle for residents and includes fantastic amenities such as underground parking, fitness room and owner’s lounge with pool table. With a combined 102 condominiums in both phases ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, The Charles is a community that we are proud to have the StreetSide name on.
Oak + Ash Estates on Camp Manitou Road in West Winnipeg has been a very successful bungalow community for StreetSide, which sold out in record time. After launching for pre-sales in July 2021, we sold our final of the 23 detached bungalows in September 2022. Bungalows are a highly desirable product for homeowners in the city and at Oak + Ash, owners not only have the benefits of condo living, where exterior maintenance is taken care of, but also enjoy the luxury of being in a detached home.
The Rise Condominiums (PHASE 1): This impressive concrete condominium community in Bridgwater has been met by popular demand and we are excited to announce that Phase 1 is now officially sold out. We have limited 2-bedroom suites left available in Phase 2, which include luxury finishes, private balcony and shared amenity spaces including a fitness room, outdoor pool, and owner’s lounge.
NEW PROJECTS LAUNCHED IN 2022
In February 2022, StreetSide launched a new collection of townhomes to Flora in Sage Creek, Flora North Condominiums. Conveniently located in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in the city, Flora North offers the convenience of condo living at an affordable price point for the Sage Creek area. This series of townhomes offer 2-bedroom multi-level suites with optional basement development. With nearly half of the development sold out, interested buyers can reach out to our sales team for more information. Our display suite will be ready to tour in early 2023.
STREETSIDE PROJECTS ON THE MOVE!
Vue Tache Condominiums in St. Boniface: This luxury concrete development located at 780 Tache Ave. launched in January 2021 and we are 90% sold of the total 87 suites. Our site team and trades have been working tirelessly to meet our construction schedules and have met such milestones as having the main roof and windows installed, elevator complete, 7th floor inspections underway and more. Check out our latest construction video here. We have 8 suites remaining for sale in this beautiful community and will have our display suite ready for touring this winter. Amber Grove Condominiums: We are down to our final 2 out of 117 suites in this popular development located in Amber Trails for sale, including our upgraded display suite at 201-388 Pipeline Road. In terms of construction, 11 of the 14 buildings are now complete, with the final 3 buildings in the boarding and finishing stages. Completion of all seasonal items in the community are expected to be in Fall 2023.
Rise Phase 2: Our site team and trades completed construction on Phase 2 of The Rise Condos in July 2022, with over 72 homeowners taking possession in the first couple months after completion. With limited suites left available for sale, The Rise Condos is a community we are all proud of!
LOOKING FORWARD INTO 2023
We are excited to share some of our up-and-coming projects set to launch in the new year.
The Bungalows at Harbour Landing Regina: We have joined forces with Pacesetter Homes Regina to create a new bungalow development, The Bungalows at Harbour Landing! Developed by StreetSide & built by PaceSetter Homes, this exciting development is set to launch in February 2023. Register for updates at thebungalowsregina.ca
Lynx Gate Estates: With much success in the Amber Trails area, we have started construction on a new 2-storey townhome development just East of Amber Grove Condominiums in the Aurora at North Point area. These townhomes will offer three bedrooms with attached garage. Underground and site services are already underway with excavation of the first building slated to start early in the new year. Couture South Condominiums: With the popularity of our now sold out Couture West Condominiums, we will be continuing to build in the Ridgewood West neighbourhood. This townhome community offers the same great layout as Couture West, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on two-storeys of living space. Owners can expect designer finishes, detached double garage and option to finish the basement. Join our VIP list and be the first to hear about our launch date, which we are expecting to be in the Spring/Summer 2023.
Sage Village Condominiums: Located on Sage Creek Boulevard, just steps from Village Centre, Sage Village Condominiums will offer 2 & 3 bedroom suites, with designer finishes and heated, underground parking. We are very excited to offer an apartment-style condominium type for Sage Creek residents, and are expecting to launch pre-sales in Fall 2023.
