Laurie and Pierre were drawn to the ease of condo living and the opportunity to spend less time maintaining a home. Now settled in with their cat, Ginger, they have embraced a lifestyle that offers more freedom, a welcoming sense of community and a home that feels distinctly their own.

In Their Own Words
After our children grew up and moved out, we realized we no longer needed all the space and upkeep that came with our larger home. We were already living nearby and knew we wanted to stay in an area that felt familiar, so when we learned about Sage Village Condominiums, we knew it was the right opportunity for us.

Being the first to write an offer was exciting. We could see the potential of the community and were drawn to the convenience of condo living. Since we both still work full-time (Pierre is a pharmacist and Laurie is self-employed as a mortgage broker), having a home that requires less maintenance gives us more time to relax and enjoy the things we love like going to our cottage in the summer, golfing and taking warm, sun-kissed vacations in the winter.
One of our favourite places is our balcony, where we can sit with a glass of wine and take in the view of the Sage Creek Village and the city beyond. It has become the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day.

We have also really enjoyed the sense of community that condo living brings. We regularly get together with our neighbours in the owners’ lounge for game nights, cheering on televised sports and great conversation. It has been truly wonderful making close friends at Sage Village. There is a genuine feeling of connection while still having the privacy of our own home.
We’ve loved making our condo feel like home by adding personal touches throughout, including new light fixtures and a beautiful custom bookshelf. Those details have helped turn a brand-new space into a stylish home that feels lived in. Our family and friends love to come visit us in our swanky new condo- some tease us that it reminds them of a bougie Manhattan loft. We love it!
