Entry 1: Lynx Gate Estates – #101-32 Lynx Street
Our first entry, Lynx Gate Estates, is located in the beautifully developed neighbourhood of Aurora at North Point. The floor plan you’ll uncover when you visit the display suite is The Aurora, an upgraded suite sitting at 1,325 square feet and includes 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and an attached garage. The display suite at Lynx Gate Estates also features:

Entry 2: Esprit Heights – #607-295 Frontier Trail
Our second entry comes from the popular Esprit Heights community, located across the street from Esprit Condominiums in the quickly developing neighbourhood of Bison Run. Every home at Esprit Heights is 3-storeys and includes an attached garage, and our display suite, The Emerald floor plan, is 1,233 square feet with 3-bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Along with all of this, the Esprit Heights display suite also features:

At our display suite, you’ll find our floor plan, The Pine – a 1,412 square feet home that boasts 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and an attached garage. Other features of the Sagewood Estates display suite include:
