StreetSide’s 2023 Year End Review

As we bid farewell to another bustling year at StreetSide Developments Winnipeg, we reflect on a year filled with dynamic achievements. From initiating five new projects to navigating challenges posed by rising interest rates and construction costs, we’ve weathered the highs and lows of the industry. Join us below as we delve into some of the standout highlights from this remarkable year.

New Projects Launched in 2023

Lynx Gate Estates – 32 Lynx Street

In May 2023, StreetSide launched a new collection of townhomes in Aurora at North Point, Lynx Gate Estates. Conveniently located in one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, Lynx Gate Estates offers two storeys of living space with an attached garage and private back yard—all at an affordable price point. We opened our new display suite in November 2023 and will showcase this model in the 2024 Spring Parade of Homes.

Couture South Condominiums – 170 Couture Crescent

Following the sell-out of Couture West, StreetSide launched this near-identical, two-storey townhome phase across the street. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a detached double garage and luxury finishes—quartz counters, vinyl-plank flooring—make these suites true showstoppers.

Sage Village Condominiums – 120 Sage Creek Boulevard

Our highly anticipated mid-rise Sage Village opened for pre-sales in September and has been a strong success. It offers two- and three-bedroom condos with designer finishes, underground heated parking and amenities such as an owners’ lounge and fitness facility. Steps from Village Centre, it is already more than 50 % sold (73 units total).

Esprit Condominiums – 290 Frontier Trail

Nestled in Waverley West’s Bison Run, these contemporary three-storey townhomes provide three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an urban patio. Perfect for families walking to Bison Run School or anyone commuting to the University of Manitoba, Esprit secured 10 offers within weeks of its October 2023 launch.

The Bungalows at Harbour Landing – 5601 Parliament Drive

StreetSide teamed up with Pacesetter Homes Regina to create The Bungalows at Harbour Landing in Regina, SK. Sales began in February 2023, the first homeowners have moved in, and lots continue to sell quickly.

StreetSide Projects on the Move

Vue Taché Condominiums in St. Boniface780 Taché Avenue

This luxury concrete development launched in January 2021 and is down to its final four suites, including the display at #103-780. More than 80 homeowners took possession in 2023; interested buyers should contact our team soon.

The Rise – Phase 2105 South Town Road

Phase 2 construction wrapped in July 2022 and over 72 owners moved in within months. Only a few suites remain.

Amber Grove Condominiums – 388 Pipeline Road
