Decorating the tree, gathering with friends and family, and feasting on turkey are all things you can count on during the holidays. While Winnipeggers have been busy checking off their holiday shopping list, StreetSide has been busy wrapping up what has been a very successful year.
Read on for updates on our currently selling condos, and a few sneak peeks on what’s to come in the new year:
This has been one of the most successful years to date for StreetSide Developments Winnipeg, with over 172 possessions in 2019. We are proud to say this is one of highest number of possessions in StreetSide’s history in our region. We are so thankful to all of our customers and the entire StreetSide team for making this possible.
Now an update on some of our developments:
In Bridgwater Centre, The Rise Condos had a successful year with over 26 buyers in 2020. Phase 1 of The Rise is now move-in ready and construction on the outdoor pool and courtyard will be complete and ready for use in Summer 2020! We are also excited to announce that Phase 2 of development will begin construction in early 2020.
Across the street at 325 Park East Condominiums in Bridgwater, Building 100 is nearly sold out and Building 200 is well on its way. We plan to start construction and launch buildings 300 & 400 in the New Year.
In Devonshire Village, construction continues on both our townhome and condominium buildings at Hudson Condos. Phase 2 of our apartment-style condominiums will begin construction in January 2020. These 1 & 2 bedroom suites include fantastic amenities including underground heated parking (optional), fitness studio & common lounge. Hudson Townhomes North, our 2 and 3 bedroom, two-storey suites, is now selling and move-in-ready.
This past summer, StreetSide launched Amber Grove Condominiums in Amber Trails, a townhome community with over six floor plans varying from 1 to 4 bedroom designs. Our Birch Floor plan at Amber Grove also won GOLD at this year’s Fall 2019 Parade of Homes.
We are anticipating a busy year for The Charles Condos in Charleswood for 2020 as we launch construction & sales for Phase 2 of the development. Customers can look forward to some new floor plan designs in this phase. Stay up to date with our launch dates by registering on our website.
If you’ve had your eyes set on a condominium at Metro Condos in South Osborne, you better act fast. We have seen a surge of interest for these suites as the area has been popular with Winnipeggers. Metro Condos also won GOLD at this year’s Fall Parade of Homes – its third win!
In Sage Creek, we are now down to our final townhomes with only a few left remaining in the Cedar floor plan design at Bluestem Condominiums. Starting at $269,900, this floor plan offers two bedrooms, three-storeys of living space and includes a sundeck, private porch and attached garage.
