StreetSide's Summer Update!

Hot weather, fun local festivals and time off to spend with friends and family are all essential elements to a summer in Winnipeg! With the season in full swing, StreetSide has also been busy working on new construction, finishing units for new purchasers and planning ahead for another active Fall season. It’s time to get up to speed with StreetSide’s summer action:

Promotions

StreetSide Developments recently launched one of our greatest promos ever for Summer 2019 on our move-in-ready inventory, when you purchase and move in before August 31st. Our promotion can be a savings of up to $7,800 for buyers and allows you to move into your new StreetSide condo before the busy fall season. New Development in Amber Trails

After much anticipation, Amber Grove Condominiums was officially launched for pre-sales on June 6th with a great response. Hosted at Canad Inns Garden City, the Amber Grove launch party offered attendees a first opportunity to explore the various floorplans, reserve their unit, and chat with our team.

Construction on Amber Grove is well underway, with the following buildings nearing completion:

Building 1400: We are currently in the finishing stages of our first building, with the kitchen cabinet installation just wrapping up. The flooring will also be installed this week.

Building 1300: The roof has been raised and framing stages are just wrapping up. We are anticipating this to be complete in the upcoming weeks.

Building 200: The foundation has been poured and concrete is planned to go ahead in the next few weeks!

We are planning to have the Amber Grove display suite and Presentation Centre ready for early September, and are also looking forward to having this development as part of the 2019 Fall Parade of Homes.

Construction update!

Amber Grove isn’t our only development currently under construction. Our construction & site teams have been hard at work at 325 Park East Townhomes in Bridgwater and Hudson North Townhomes in Devonshire Village.

With the first phase of Hudson Townhomes nearly sold out, we have now started construction on the second phase at Hudson North Townhomes. Building 500 is currently in the finishing stages with kitchen cabinet installations nearly complete, and flooring up next. Building 300 is also receiving its’ finishing touches.

Hudson Condominiums has also been a popular development this summer, with over six purchases in the last couple months. Based on activity over the next couple months, we are hoping to get started on Phase 2 of the development in the Fall.

At 325 Park East Townhomes, we are nearly sold out of our first building, and Building 200 is currently under construction. The Uptown and Midtown floorplans are well underway with the majority of the units being passed through the boarding stages and well into the finishing stages. The Garden floorplans have recently entered into framing stages with rough-ins starting any time.

The Rise Condos: We’ve been very busy at The Rise Condos this summer, with over thirteen offers to purchase in the last few months. The outdoor pool is also currently under construction, and will be ready to use in Summer 2020.

Bluestem Townhomes: We are down to our final suites at Bluestem in Sage Creek and are currently touring the development by appointment only. If you are interested in getting into this fabulous development, now is the time, with 2% off the purchase price of these spacious and desirable suites.

Metro Condominiums: We are excited to announce that Metro Condominiums in South Osborne has only 1 unit left in Phase 1, which is listed at only $179,900. Phase 2 of the development is now complete with immediate possessions available. Suites are moving fast, so don't miss your chance to live in one of Winnipeg's first transit-oriented developments.
