A: The rules and regulations will be described in detail in the condominium declaration and by-laws. These documents, typical to all condominium projects, describe in detail the rules regulating the use of the units, common elements, improvements, etc.

Q: How will I dispose of my garbage and recycling at Couture West Condominiums?

A: When construction is complete, owners will have individual roll bins for garbage & recycling. Garbage is picked up once a week by City of Winnipeg and the bins are stored inside the owner’s garage. During construction, StreetSide will provide 1 garbage bin and 1 recycling bin on the site.

A: There will be a community mailbox adjacent to the development.
