When purchasing a condo with StreetSide, there are a few things a buyer can count on — a strong customer commitment, the strength and expertise that comes from over 65 years of building quality homes and an expert team of professionals to walk you through the entire process from start to finish.
Our dedicated team of nine realtors are each assigned to one of six currently selling developments in Winnipeg – Stephanie Childerhose and George Matwichuk at Bluestem Townhomes in Sage Creek; Anita Sharma Turner (not in picture) at Hudson Condominiums in Devonshire Village; Myles Viklund, Derrick Li and Averie Hill at The Rise Condos and 325 Park East Townhomes in Bridgwater; Shannon Goodwin and Rhonda Funke at Metro Condominiums in South Osborne; and Jennifer Gulay (not in picture) at The Charles in Charleswood. With a combined experience of over 100 years in the field, our realtors are prepared to help buyers navigate through the complicated process of purchasing a new construction condominium.
Their number one goal is to make purchasing a condo a seamless, enjoyable and stress free process for everyone involved. Each team is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of condo living, and are fully prepared with resources to help buyers make a move, whether that be from within Winnipeg, or from out of town or province.
Our most recent developments are located in Bridgwater Centre, which include The Rise Condominiums, a seven-storey, 140,000 square foot building, and 325 Park East Townhomes. The team assigned to The Rise & 325 Park East are Myles Viklund, Derrick Li & Averie Hill. Myles Viklund, the team lead and StreetSide Development’s primary broker, recently celebrated 30 years in real estate, 20 of which have been with the company.
“What I love most about being part of the StreetSide team is the chance to really focus in on a project and make it my own! By specializing in an area, I can deliver the best possible service to my clients,” says Viklund.
Derrick Li from the team was brought on by StreetSide three years ago, and as a new Canadian himself, has been a vital part of their team in connecting new Canadian buyers with StreetSide’s projects.
“I make it a point to connect with my clients on a personal level, and with my own experience of moving to Canada from China five years ago, I feel that I can offer
that first-hand experience to my clients,” says Li.
