Flora West – Grey Heron Drive
In April 2024, StreetSide introduced the charming continuation of Flora in Sage Creek known as Flora West. Being in one of the city’s most-desired neighbourhoods wasn’t the only reason for its success—its groundbreaking “no condo fees” model (replaced by a low annual HOA fee) helped too. This past summer marked the debut of Esprit Heights, the sequel to the successful Esprit community. StreetSide’s final 2024 launch was Sagewood Estates, set in the amenity-rich Sage Creek community. As the first bungalow-style condominium in Sage Creek—and limited to just five suites—these two- and three-bedroom homes proved popular from day one.
