The 2026 Spring Parade of Homes begins this Saturday, February 28th and runs until March 22nd! While you’ll have the chance to tour some of Manitoba’s most stunning Open Houses, start getting excited as StreetSide gears up to bring you 3 entries in this year’s Spring Parade! We’ll also reveal more about our annual giveaways that you can enter just by visiting our display suites or commenting on social media…
Entry 1: Lynx Gate Estates – #101-32 Lynx Street
StreetSide’s first entry in the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes is Lynx Gate Estates, located in the lively neighbourhood development of Aurora at North Point. The floor plan you’ll discover is appropriately named, The Aurora, and is our premier and upgraded display suite at Lynx Gate Estates. Boasting 1,325 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed space, The Aurora includes 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a second storey, and an attached garage – plus the option to develop the basement! Along with all this, Lynx Gate Estates features contemporary finishes such as:

StreetSide’s second entry in the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes is Sagewood Estates, part of the first ever bungalow-style condo community to make its way to Sage Creek, pairing luxury with convenience. The floor plan at our display suite is known as The Pine – a fully customized 1,412 sq. ft. home that houses 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, an attached garage, and the option to develop the basement. Other modern features of the Sagewood Estates display suite include:

Entry 3: Esprit Condominiums – #107-290 Frontier Trail
StreetSide’s third entry in the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes is Esprit Condominiums, our popular 3-storey townhomes found in the ever-developing neighbourhood of Waverley West’s Bison Run. Our entry’s display suite is The Hazel floor plan, a 1,323 sq. ft., 3-storey townhome that makes efficient use of space and layout.
